Description
Sheet Pan Nachos are a quick and easy crowd-pleasing snack or meal, loaded with melted cheese, seasoned meat, and all your favorite toppings.

- 1 bag (10-12 oz) tortilla chips
- 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Sour cream, for serving
- Salsa, for serving
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes until the meat is well coated and the liquid is mostly absorbed.
- On a large sheet pan, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
- Top the chips with the seasoned meat, black beans, corn, and both cheeses.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and add diced tomato, red onion, jalapeño slices, black olives, avocado, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately with sour cream, salsa, and lime wedges on the side.
Notes
- You can substitute ground beef with chicken or make it vegetarian by skipping the meat and adding extra beans or veggies.
- Use a mix of cheeses for better flavor and melting consistency.
- Nachos are best served immediately to prevent soggy chips.
