Description

A decadent, no-bake treat that combines creamy white chocolate and caramel with a touch of sea salt for a perfectly indulgent bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sea salt flakes, for topping

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, and salted butter. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a gentle boil.
  3. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and darkens slightly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips and vanilla extract until smooth and fully melted.
  5. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle sea salt flakes evenly over the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until set.
  8. Once firm, cut into squares and enjoy.
