- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sea salt flakes, for topping
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, and salted butter. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a gentle boil.
- Reduce heat to low and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and darkens slightly.
- Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips and vanilla extract until smooth and fully melted.
- Pour the fudge into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Sprinkle sea salt flakes evenly over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until set.
- Once firm, cut into squares and enjoy.
