- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into uniform florets
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut cauliflower into florets, keeping them uniform for even roasting.
- Place florets in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika if using. Toss again to distribute.
- Spread florets on the baking sheet in a single layer without overcrowding.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice if desired.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Add grated Parmesan in the last 5 minutes of roasting for a cheesy touch.
- Toss with buffalo sauce after roasting for a spicy kick.
- Sprinkle with cumin and turmeric for an Indian-inspired flavor.
- Add red pepper flakes for heat.
- Mix with chickpeas and tahini dressing for a complete meal.
