- 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- Red food coloring
- Blue food coloring
- Fresh blueberries and sliced strawberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cold milk and vanilla pudding mix for about 2 minutes, then let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold the cream cheese mixture into the pudding until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into three bowls. Leave one bowl white, tint one red with red food coloring, and the third blue with blue food coloring.
- In clear cups or jars, layer crushed cookies, then blue pudding, more cookies, then white pudding, more cookies, and finally red pudding. Top with more crushed cookies.
- Garnish with fresh berries if desired and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
