Description

Quick Cottage Cheese Buns are soft, protein-packed, and easy-to-make savory buns perfect for breakfast or a light snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and eggs until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
  5. Using a spoon or your hands, form small buns and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil if desired.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
