- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and eggs until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
- Using a spoon or your hands, form small buns and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with olive oil if desired.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add herbs or shredded cheese for extra flavor.
- Best enjoyed warm but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- Use whole wheat flour for a healthier twist.
