Description

This Quick and Easy Garlic Butter Chicken is a flavorful and juicy dish made with tender chicken breasts cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner, it’s ready in under 30 minutes and pairs well with veggies or rice.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter.
  5. Once butter is melted, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter over the chicken.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
