Description

A delicious and flavorful garlic butter chicken recipe that’s quick and easy to make, perfect for busy weeknights. Tender chicken cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add butter and let it melt. Then add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Stir in Italian seasoning and return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the garlic butter over the chicken.
  6. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
