Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Mix in pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just incorporated.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

  9. Cool cookies on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
