Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and water.
- Add the sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
- Mix in the minced garlic and grated ginger.
- If desired, stir in red pepper flakes for heat and green onions for freshness.
- Let the sauce sit for at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
