Description

These bite-sized pizza poppers are a fun and tasty appetizer, perfect for parties or quick snacks. They’re packed with gooey cheese, pepperoni, and pizza sauce, all wrapped in a golden biscuit crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Cut each biscuit in half and flatten into a small circle.
  3. Add a teaspoon of pizza sauce, a sprinkle of mozzarella, and a few pepperoni slices to the center of each circle.
  4. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal, then place seam side down in the muffin tin.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • You can substitute pepperoni with cooked sausage or mushrooms for variety.
  • Serve with marinara or ranch dressing for extra flavor.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven for best texture.
