- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Cut each biscuit in half and flatten into a small circle.
- Add a teaspoon of pizza sauce, a sprinkle of mozzarella, and a few pepperoni slices to the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal, then place seam side down in the muffin tin.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
