- 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeño.
- Add the chopped cilantro and lime juice.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Serve cold as a dip or topping.

- Use ripe pineapple for the best flavor.
- Adjust the amount of jalapeño to your preferred spice level.
