Description

A refreshing and tangy pineapple salsa made with fresh ingredients, perfect as a dip or topping for grilled meats and tacos.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeño.
  2. Add the chopped cilantro and lime juice.
  3. Mix everything together until well combined.
  4. Season with salt to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  6. Serve cold as a dip or topping.
