Description

A bright and refreshing tropical twist on classic lemonade, blending fresh pineapple and lemon for a sweet‑tart summer drink.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3‑4 lemons)
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (about 1/2 pineapple)
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water)

Instructions

  1. Juice the lemons and set aside.
  2. Blend pineapple chunks and pineapple juice until smooth.
  3. Strain the pineapple puree through a mesh strainer into a pitcher, discarding pulp.
  4. Add fresh lemon juice, water, and simple syrup to the pitcher; stir well.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish as desired with pineapple slices or mint.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness to taste—pineapple sweetness varies.
  • Use sugar‑free syrup or less simple syrup to reduce sugar.
  • Can substitute frozen pineapple (thawed) if fresh isn’t available.
  • Garnish with pineapple wedges or a sprig of mint for a pretty presentation.
