Description

Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are bite-sized snacks filled with gooey cheese and spicy pepperoni, wrapped in soft biscuit dough, perfect for appetizers or party treats.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 32 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
  3. Place 4 slices of pepperoni and 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  4. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  5. Place each pizza bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  7. Brush the tops of the pizza bombs with the butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

  • Use mini pepperoni or cut regular slices into quarters for better fit.
  • Experiment with other fillings like sausage, mushrooms, or bell peppers.
