- 32 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place 4 slices of pepperoni and 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
- Place each pizza bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the tops of the pizza bombs with the butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

- Use mini pepperoni or cut regular slices into quarters for better fit.
- Experiment with other fillings like sausage, mushrooms, or bell peppers.
