Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Gradually stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chunks.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are set.
- Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
- Add chopped roasted peanuts for crunch.
