Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 36 Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together peanut butter, butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in egg, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
  6. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll each ball in granulated sugar.
  7. Place on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart and bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
  8. Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
  9. Cool on the sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
