- 36 Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together peanut butter, butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in egg, milk, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll each ball in granulated sugar.
- Place on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart and bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Cool on the sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
