Description

Easy and delicious no-bake peanut butter balls made with just a few ingredients—perfect for snacks or holiday treats.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening (optional, for smoother chocolate)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, softened butter, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until well combined and smooth.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  5. Dip each chilled peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely, then return to the parchment paper.
  6. Chill again until the chocolate is set, about 15–20 minutes.

Notes

  • You can use crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
  • Store the peanut butter balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • For a festive touch, sprinkle sea salt or crushed nuts on top before the chocolate sets.
