- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)
- Whipped cream and crushed graham crackers for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add frozen peaches, Greek yogurt, milk, oats, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a few ice cubes if you’d like it thicker and blend again.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
- Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and crushed graham crackers for that classic cobbler vibe, if desired.

- Use fresh peaches in season — just add extra ice to keep it cold.
