Cauliflower Bites:
- 1 medium head cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish:
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add half of the Parmesan cheese and toss again.
- Roast the cauliflower: Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Finish and serve: Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
