Description

Oven Roasted Corn is a simple and delicious way to enjoy sweet corn all year round. Roasted in the husk or foil, it brings out natural sweetness and adds a subtle smoky flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husks removed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, chili powder, lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush each ear of corn with olive oil or butter and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Wrap each ear in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, turning once halfway through, until corn is tender and lightly browned.
  5. Remove from foil, add desired toppings, and serve warm.
