- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush each ear of corn with olive oil or butter and season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap each ear in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, turning once halfway through, until corn is tender and lightly browned.
- Remove from foil, add desired toppings, and serve warm.
