- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and thoroughly dry the broccoli florets.
- In a large bowl, toss broccoli with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Spread broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are crispy and browned.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle Parmesan cheese, if desired.
