Description

A simple and flavorful baked chicken recipe that’s juicy on the inside with a crispy, golden-brown exterior. Perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs, including under the skin.
  5. Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper, skin side up.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and skin is crispy.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
