Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs, including under the skin.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper, skin side up.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and skin is crispy.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
