  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet to ensure even cooking.
  3. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and place them in the baking dish.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub to coat evenly.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme.
  6. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts and rub it in.

  8. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
