- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet to ensure even cooking.
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and place them in the baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub to coat evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts and rub it in.
- Bake uncovered for 18-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Drizzle with lemon juice if desired and serve.
