Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and orange zest.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk orange juice, oil, egg, and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Add Mix-ins: Fold in cranberries and nuts if using. Pour batter into pan and bake for 50–60 minutes.
