- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, and prepared horseradish.
- Add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper, if using.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and white vinegar.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined and the sauce is smooth.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with onion rings.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of horseradish and cayenne for more or less heat.
- This sauce also works well with fries, burgers, and fried vegetables.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
