Description

A creamy, tangy, and slightly spicy dipping sauce that perfectly complements crispy onion rings.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, and prepared horseradish.
  2. Add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper, if using.
  3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and white vinegar.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Serve chilled with onion rings.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of horseradish and cayenne for more or less heat.
  • This sauce also works well with fries, burgers, and fried vegetables.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
