- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat.
- Season the sliced chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add to the pot and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and pasta. Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until the pasta is al dente.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Return the cooked chicken to the pot and mix well.
- Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and the flavors combine.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.

- You can substitute chicken thighs for chicken breasts for a juicier option.
- Use sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil for extra flavor.
- Adjust creaminess by adding more or less heavy cream.
- Add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
