Description

A comforting and flavorful one-pot dish combining tender beef, creamy sauce, and garlic butter-coated pasta for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli recommended)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until softened.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  5. Add pasta and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cover.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
  7. Stir in butter and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  8. Remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes to thicken.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor and texture.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Can be made with other ground meats like turkey or chicken.
