- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (or other flavorings)
- Pinch of salt (optional, enhances flavor)
- 1–2 cups mix-ins of choice: chocolate chips, cookie crumbs, chopped nuts, fruit, caramel swirls, candy pieces, etc.
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt if using.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with a hand mixer or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until fully combined and smooth, being careful not to deflate it.
- Fold in desired mix-ins.
- Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
- Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until firm.
- Scoop and serve straight from the freezer!
