Instructions
- Place the frozen banana slices in a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Blend until crumbly, then add milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using).
- Continue blending until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
- Serve immediately for soft-serve consistency, or transfer to a container and freeze for 2–3 hours for a firmer texture.
