- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or melted chocolate for drizzle
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in the caramel sauce until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Spread the filling evenly into the chocolate cookie crust.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top of the pie.
- Drizzle with additional caramel sauce and melted chocolate or chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
