Description

This No Bake Turtle Pie is a decadent dessert made with a chocolate cookie crust, creamy caramel filling, chopped pecans, and a drizzle of chocolate and caramel sauce. Perfect for holidays or any special occasion, and no oven required!


Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate cookie pie crust (9-inch)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or melted chocolate for drizzle

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix in the caramel sauce until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  4. Spread the filling evenly into the chocolate cookie crust.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top of the pie.
  6. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce and melted chocolate or chocolate chips.
