Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter and honey. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in rolled oats until fully coated.
- Spoon the mixture into a lined muffin tin, pressing firmly into each cup to form a solid base.
- If using, melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the top or spread a thin layer onto each cup.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Remove from muffin tin and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
