Description

This No-Bake Easy Cherry Chocolate Chip Pie is creamy, cool, and packed with sweet cherry flavor and mini chocolate chips in every bite. It comes together in minutes with just a handful of ingredients and sets up in the fridge — no oven needed! Perfect for holidays, potlucks, or when you need a fuss-free dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker pie crust

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, plus extra for topping

  • Whipped cream, for topping (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy and well combined.

  3. Gently fold in about 2/3 of the cherry pie filling and the mini chocolate chips.

  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.

  6. Before serving, top with the remaining cherry pie filling, a dollop of whipped cream if you’d like, and a sprinkle of extra mini chocolate chips.


Notes

  • For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and fat-free sweetened condensed milk.

  • You can use an Oreo or chocolate cookie crust for a twist.

  • Chill overnight for an even firmer set and better flavor.
