1/4 teaspoon paprika
-
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup of cheese over the top.
-
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
-
Swap in cheddar cheese if you don’t have Monterey Jack.

Great way to use leftover turkey, too!
-
You can assemble ahead of time and refrigerate—just add 5–10 minutes to the baking time.
