- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub turkey tenderloins with olive oil and lemon juice, then coat evenly with the seasoning mix.
- Place tenderloins in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, then remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
