Mint Magic Bars are a decadent layered dessert with a chocolatey graham cracker crust, mint chips, and a sweetened condensed milk topping. Perfect for mint chocolate lovers!

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mint chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract (optional for extra minty flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- Sprinkle semisweet chocolate chips, mint chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and walnuts (if using) evenly over the crust.
- In a small bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk with peppermint extract (if using), then pour evenly over the layered ingredients.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Chill before cutting for cleaner slices.
- You can substitute mint chips with a mix of white chocolate and peppermint candies if needed.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerate for longer shelf life.
