Description

Mint Magic Bars are a decadent layered dessert with a chocolatey graham cracker crust, mint chips, and a sweetened condensed milk topping. Perfect for mint chocolate lovers!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mint chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract (optional for extra minty flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. Sprinkle semisweet chocolate chips, mint chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and walnuts (if using) evenly over the crust.
  4. In a small bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk with peppermint extract (if using), then pour evenly over the layered ingredients.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  6. Cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • Chill before cutting for cleaner slices.
  • You can substitute mint chips with a mix of white chocolate and peppermint candies if needed.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerate for longer shelf life.
