Mint Magic Bars are a delightful twist on the classic seven-layer bars, featuring a minty chocolate flavor layered with sweetened condensed milk, coconut, and cookie crumbs.

- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mint chips or chopped mint candies
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, mint chips, coconut, and nuts (if using) evenly over the milk layer.
- Press down gently with a spatula to ensure all layers are slightly embedded.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Use peppermint extract if you don’t have mint chips for added flavor.
- Bars can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- Chill before slicing for cleaner cuts.
