- 4 medium flour tortillas

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix refried beans with cumin and garlic powder if using.
- Spread a thin layer of the bean mixture over half of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the beans.
- Fold each tortilla in half to create a half-moon shape.
- Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place the folded tortillas in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before cutting into smaller wedges if desired.
