- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup drained canned corn
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, black olives, red bell pepper, green onions, and corn.
- Add garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled.

- You can make these up to 24 hours ahead for best flavor.
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the filling.
