Description

Melt in Your Mouth Chicken is a creamy, tender, and flavorful baked chicken dish that uses a simple mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese mixture for a juicy, golden crust that’s perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional for color)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
