Description

A flavorful and healthy marinated salmon dish infused with garlic, fresh herbs, and olive oil, perfect for grilling or baking.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, dill, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
  3. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well coated.
  4. Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
  5. Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place on the grill or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Grill or bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, reserve a tablespoon of marinade before adding to raw salmon and drizzle on cooked salmon before serving.
  • You can substitute dried herbs if fresh herbs are not available.
  • This recipe pairs well with rice, quinoa, or roasted vegetables.
