- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
- Brush the maple mustard mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Optional: Broil for the last 2 minutes for a slightly caramelized top.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
