Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season them with salt and pepper.
