- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (plus more for rolling)
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add lemon juice, zest, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Stir melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and uniform.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 1–2 hours or until firm enough to scoop.
- Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to portion out the mixture and roll into balls.
- Roll each truffle in powdered sugar to coat. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
