Description

Lemon Truffles are a bright and creamy no-bake treat made with white chocolate, cream cheese, and fresh lemon flavor—perfect for a refreshing dessert or edible gift.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (plus more for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add lemon juice, zest, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and uniform.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for 1–2 hours or until firm enough to scoop.
  5. Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to portion out the mixture and roll into balls.
  6. Roll each truffle in powdered sugar to coat. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
