Ingredients

1 (20 oz) box of frozen beef or chicken taquitos

1 (10 oz) can red enchilada sauce (mild or medium)

1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

Optional toppings: sour cream, chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, avocado, or green onions
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Arrange the frozen taquitos in a single layer in the dish.
