- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini, sliced
- 1/2 cup salami, diced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella pearls
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, pepperoncini, salami, mozzarella pearls, and Parmesan cheese.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving, if desired.
