Description
Italian Pinwheels are flavorful bite-sized appetizers made with deli meats, cheese, and veggies rolled up in a tortilla. Perfect for parties or quick snacks.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 slices of salami
- 8 slices of pepperoni
- 8 slices of ham
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup banana peppers, drained
- 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with Italian seasoning.
- Lay out a tortilla and spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over it.
- Layer 2 slices each of salami, pepperoni, and ham on top of the tortilla.
- Add a slice of provolone cheese, followed by roasted red peppers, banana peppers, and a few spinach leaves.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other to form a log.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.
Notes
- Use flavored tortillas like spinach or sun-dried tomato for extra taste.
- Secure with toothpicks if serving at a party.
- Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
