- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 slices salami
- 8 slices pepperoni
- 8 slices ham
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup banana peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread a thin layer of Italian dressing over each tortilla.
- Layer salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone cheese evenly on each tortilla.
- Add roasted red peppers, banana peppers, black olives, and baby spinach.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove from fridge, unwrap, and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Arrange on a platter and serve chilled.
