Description

Italian Pinwheels are delicious, bite-sized appetizers made with deli meats, cheese, and veggies rolled in a soft tortilla. Perfect for parties or a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 slices salami
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • 8 slices ham
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  2. Spread a thin layer of Italian dressing over each tortilla.
  3. Layer salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone cheese evenly on each tortilla.
  4. Add roasted red peppers, banana peppers, black olives, and baby spinach.
  5. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly.
  7. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from fridge, unwrap, and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
  9. Arrange on a platter and serve chilled.
