- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 slices salami
- 8 slices pepperoni
- 8 slices ham
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh basil leaves (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Lay out a tortilla and spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface.
- Layer 2 slices each of salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone cheese on top.
- Add some sliced pepperoncini and chopped roasted red peppers evenly across the surface.
- Optional: add a few fresh basil leaves for extra flavor.
- Tightly roll the tortilla from one end to the other.
- Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
- Once chilled, unwrap and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Arrange on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.

- Use flavored tortillas like spinach or sun-dried tomato for added color and taste.
- You can prepare these a day ahead for convenience.
