Description

Juicy garlic butter steak bites seared to perfection and served with a rich and creamy Parmesan sauce—an irresistible dish perfect for quick dinners or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Do this in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
  4. Remove steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use a cast iron skillet for best searing results.
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan to ensure a good crust on the steak bites.
  • You can substitute sirloin with ribeye or New York strip if preferred.
