- 4 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
- 1 cup water
- Salt and butter, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Place the trivet or steamer basket into the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
- Stack the corn on the trivet, cutting them in half if needed to fit.
- Seal the lid and set the Instant Pot to ‘Pressure Cook’ or ‘Manual’ on high pressure for 2 minutes.
- When the cooking time is done, quick release the pressure.
- Carefully remove the corn and serve hot with butter and salt if desired.
Notes
- Add herbs or garlic to the water for extra flavor.
- You can cook more than 4 ears—just stack them vertically or cut in halves to fit.
- Great for meal prep or making ahead for a cookout.
