Description

Instant Pot Corn on the Cob is a quick and effortless way to enjoy perfectly tender and juicy corn. It’s ready in minutes and makes a great side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt and butter, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the trivet or steamer basket into the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
  2. Stack the corn on the trivet, cutting them in half if needed to fit.
  3. Seal the lid and set the Instant Pot to ‘Pressure Cook’ or ‘Manual’ on high pressure for 2 minutes.
  4. When the cooking time is done, quick release the pressure.
  5. Carefully remove the corn and serve hot with butter and salt if desired.

Notes

  • Add herbs or garlic to the water for extra flavor.
  • You can cook more than 4 ears—just stack them vertically or cut in halves to fit.
  • Great for meal prep or making ahead for a cookout.
