Ingredients

This Iced Dandelion Chaga Latte is a naturally caffeine-free drink packed with antioxidants and adaptogens. With the roasted flavor of dandelion root and the earthy richness of chaga mushroom, this iced latte is a cooling and nourishing alternative to coffee. It’s smooth, slightly bitter, and lightly sweetened — perfect for a mindful morning or a mid-day boost.

Instructions

  • In a small pot or heat-safe jar, steep the dandelion root and chaga powder in 1½ cups of hot water for about 10–15 minutes.

  • Strain the tea (if using loose herbs) and let it cool for a few minutes.

  • In a glass, add ice cubes to fill halfway.

  • Pour the cooled dandelion-chaga tea over the ice.

  • Add the plant-based milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract if using.

  • Stir well, taste, and adjust sweetness as needed.

  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can batch the tea base ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.

  • Adjust the strength by steeping longer or adding more dandelion/chaga.

  • Great as a coffee alternative or afternoon pick-me-up.

  • For a creamier version, use canned coconut milk.
